Privacy Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information Lynam Up Media collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to respond to you and do great work for you, and we never sell it.

01Who we are

Lynam Up Media (“Lynam Up Media,” “we,” “us”) is a content creation, social media management, paid advertising and web design company based in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. This policy covers lynamupmedia.com and the services we provide to clients.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our Inquire form or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, website or social handle, the services you’re interested in, your budget range and your message.

Client information. If you hire us, we may receive content you send us (photos, video, logos, brand files), business details, and login or partner access to your social media, advertising, website or email accounts so we can do the work.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

03How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and schedule calls.
  • To deliver the services you hire us for: creating content, managing your accounts, running your ads and reporting on results.
  • To send invoices and handle payments.
  • To keep our site and systems secure and prevent spam or abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

04Your account access

When you give us access to your social, ad or website accounts, we use it only for the work you’ve approved. Wherever a platform allows it, we prefer partner or role-based access (for example, Meta Business Manager partner access) over sharing passwords. Passwords you share are kept private, never reused, and never shared outside our team. You can remove our access at any time, and we ask that you do so, or let us do it, when our engagement ends.

05Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Website hosting (Vercel).
  • Email and file storage (Google Workspace).
  • Payment processing (such as Stripe). Card details go straight to the processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • The social and advertising platforms you ask us to post or advertise on (such as Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube), which handle data under their own policies.
  • Trusted contractors (for example, an editor or designer) working on your project under confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

06How long we keep it

Inquiries we don’t move forward with are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records, invoices and project files are kept as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and legal requirements (generally up to 7 years). You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we’re required to keep it.

07Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we’ll honor valid requests as the law requires.

09Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10Other websites

Our site links to other sites, including our real estate division and client work hosted on social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
